Description New Employee Orientation (NEO) is conducted by the Department of Human Resources & Equal Opportunity for non-academic employees. 
Agenda You will learn about benefits available to you such as medical, dental, life insurance, short term disability, long term disability, flexible spending accounts; Regents' Scholarship; Employee Assistance Program; and how to enroll for health benefits, as well as to familiarize yourself with the services and programs in the Duluth campus.

Report to 255 Darland Administration Building unless instructed to report to a different location.

Delivery Instructor Led 
Audience Civil Service (bargaining and non-bargaining) employees who:
*are new hire with 75-100% appointment
*have transferred up to 75-100 percent time appointment (example, transfer from temp and casual, on-call appointment or under 74% appointment)
*are hired on 75-100% temporary appointment lasting three months or longer; and
*has an appointment of 50-74% lasting three months or longer.
