Perhaps you're wondering where the "accent" goes in English words. For example, why do we say "a MAKE-up test" but to "make-UP a test?" This workshop will answer this and other questions about English word stress.
Please note that this is the first session of a three-part series intended for non-native speakers of English. Attend any or all sessions. For information on all the sessions, please go to the Fine Tune Your Accent page.
